Added database configuration setting "sslmode"

Hi there @K4ryuu thank you very much for your contributions. I insanely love K4. Recently I set up my own server and wanted to ue planetscale's free db but they require sslmode "VerifyFull" and in order to use them I had to make a few changes which I've tested and they work now with planetscale.

I've never worked in a C# project before but have experience in other languages. So please do let me know if I've missed something here.
