Feature Request: ARM Cortex-M4F library #188

ARM Cortex-M4F based processor has dedicate FPU, should be fast enough to run snowboy.

If snowboy can run on ARM Cortex-M4F, it would be amazing, the hardware can be much smaller.

ARM Cortex-M4F library can give your company a boost, RPi and Android are too bulky and power hungry, not suitable for any real-life products. I am looking at new BlueTooth 5.0 chips with ARM Cortex-M4F, just got the engineering samples, they are very impressive with long range and super low power consumption. It would be amazing if snowboy can run on those chips.

Of course that's your decision to make.

hi @chenguoguo I need to ARM Cortex A9 library, could you give me a demo samples, we arm transplanting Amazon's AVS to Ambarella(cortex A9) platform, our company will have a large number of products in the future.
