More Python fiddling

Just cleaned up and optimized the Python script xmlGen.py a little, like:

• removed unused and/or commented out code
• less nesting of code
• removed an unused import
• roughly halved the size

... and added the class WingedCockatrice

Tested it and it doesn't affect gameplay AFAICS.
