Fix Kelt comments on PC strip #1337

This PR fixes Kelt no longer commenting when the PC strips.

The issue was that a clearOutput() introduced here cleared the comments as soon as they were displayed.

Inject output into scene for better design and testing
Unit test, since this is the second time the regression has been introduced
Remove clearOutput call that caused the issue
