[Bug] Regen ring #1458

Overview

Regen ring does not work in the latest update

Game version

1.4.18 (1.4.17c also)
Browser (Chrome)

Expected behaviour

x% HP per turn, 2x% per hour

Actual behaviour

Seems like ring does not regen in % but in flat amount and fully stops working outside of combat

How often can this be reproduced?

100%

Steps to reproduce the issue

Gundam hisory for money buy ring in Tel’Adre

Flat 4HP is not serious, at least fix the description or nocombat regen
