IM: Render IM button in DOM instead canvas #32

I though about moving it up to the top chat menue button, but these are still canvas button too. But I think that something which should be cfhanged soon, so that the while right half of the chatroom is dom based and only the left haöf canvas based.

Also BCT ear/tail/wing wiggle buttons are sill there too.

IM button persists on other screens. Where you will put it then?

Good question, but I think that the current position isn't idea for most screen and it would be reasonable to render it only when new messages are available in most other screens too.

that should be an option, imo. if player doesn't want to see it in that position it is now, they could just disable IM completely or disable/enable option to show that only when new messages available.
