Thanks for reporting this. Please update the Android SDK tools to the latest 
version. In Eclipse go to Window -> Android SDK Manager and then select Android 
SDK tools and update to the latest version. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for quick response , I have already updated latest version of Android 
SDK tool and I have attached screen of SDK manager.

Can you please install the API version 19, just under the SDK tools in the
provided screenshot.
