configure the ant can download from jenkins #7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

seems that it caused by the proxy setting or else .
ant can be downloaded from my local host ,but cannot from the remote host .

it caused by the proxy settings in the host maybe ,it need to configure the 
jenkins server .
