Update car-wheel.kcl #68

Rebuilt the wheel to fix the units issue. Now it's in inches with a few dimensions as * mm(). Let me know if you don't want those in and I'll just replace it with the right number in inches

also cleaned up the code and made it look better

I dont know why the revolve is mad in the cli
