I've got an un-pushed repo on my mac with a bit of forward progress on this. I'll turn it into a PR when I'm back home so someone else can pick it up if I don't get it working.

I haven't forgotten about this! I'm still working on it in a private repo as the code is an absolute mess and I'm having to shave the "parse MP4 frames out of the feed" yak at the moment...
