CTRL-F Replace All Not working #4471

Another weird modelling app bug seemingly only on my machine. Ctrl-F replace all updates the code pane, but not the model. Refreshing reverts back to before the text was updated, and deletes any other changes made.

A fresh install of ZMA resolved this issue
