Can not enter sign in information to Windows Zoo Modeling App

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Upon opening the app, the app instructs me too sign in. There is a button that says sign in, but nowhere to enter my sign in credentials. Clicking the "Sign In" button does not do anything.

Hey @RichardWieger,

When you click "sign-in" in the Modeling App, you should get a browser pop up window with a Device Activation code. Once you hit "Continue" on that screen, it should log you in to the app. Like so:

Let me know if you don't see this. You won't need your credentials to log into the app.

When I click "sign-in", nothing happens at all. I just updated the program, and still am not able to log in on the new version. It is the same problem: nothing happens when I click "sign-in".
