Make better use of Alex.js #323

Sass Guidelines being essentially a text document, I would like to do good use of Alex.js. Version 1.3 will bring some fixes in the English version.

It would be neat to be able to plug this in Travis CI so that we get warned when a PR / commit attempts to deploy inconsiderate language. There is an open issue on the main repo.
