Intel CPU freq is incorect #333

Hi all, there is a bug in the frequency CPU: I have a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GH, the result of cat /proc/cpuinfo, and the archey script, but screenfetch shows 3.1 GHZ which is false.

I looks like it's displaying the maximum turbo speed. The max turbo speed of that cpu is 3.1 GHz according to the Intel ark page. http://ark.intel.com/products/53452/Intel-Core-i5-2450M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz

I also have this problem, but the reported frequency is much higher than the max turbo speed:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K CPU @ 5.9GHz
