TV shouldn't start minimized, even if it was previously closed while being minimized #250

Current behaviour

TV will start minimized, e.g. the user will have to manually maximize / normalize the window again before TV can be used.

Expected behaviour

When TV has been closed while being minimized, it should restore the window to a normal or maximized state.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Start TV
  2. Minimize the window
  3. Close TV via the taskbar
  4. Start TV again
