Deleted Serilog custom format entries show up again after Tailviewer is restarted #278

Current behaviour

Deleted serilog formats are not actually deleted and show up again when Tailviewer is restarted.

Expected behaviour

Deleted serilog formats should stay deleted and not play zombie.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Start Tailviewer
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Add a new Serilog Custom format (click the plus)
  4. Delete it again (click the trash can)
  5. Close Tailviewer
  6. Start Tailviewer again
  7. Go to Settings

Fixed with Tailviewer v1.0.0-RC1.
