The progress bar always shows 100% #279

Current behaviour

The progress bar to the bottom right always reads 100% no matter what

Expected behaviour

The progress bar should indicate the percentage of the original data source which Tailviewer has already processed. If a large enough file is opened, then it takes some time until Tailviewer has fully loaded the file and thus the progress bar should read less than 100% for some time.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Open any log file which is 100Mb or more in size with tailviewer (or load a smaller file from a slow storage medium)

Fixed with Tailviewer v1.0.0-RC1.
