Tailviewer takes an an enormous amount of time to read "big" lines #280

Current behaviour

When Tailviewer loads a text log with big lines (>= 1Mb), then it takes a huge amount of time until it is loaded, at least several seconds if not dozens thereof.

Expected behaviour

Loading a measly 1Mb from an SSD (even if it is a few years old) should take a couple of milliseconds, not seconds.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open a log file with big lines and watch the progress slider not progress for seconds.

Fixed with Tailviewer v1.0.0-RC1.
