Add bookmarks main menu #317

At the moment the user can create a bookmark via a shortcut, but this is a hidden feature and only the most adventurous users stumble upon it by accident:

[ ] Add the following entries to the "Edit" main menu when a data source is selected
[ ] Add "Toggle Bookmark" Item (Ctrl+b)
[ ] Add new "Delete All Bookmarks" command
