The current implementation of the datasource fly-out requires an extra click to collaps the fly-out after unpinning.
Many other software development tools such as Visual Studio will collaps an upinned view or control after a short delay in the range of 0.1 to 1 seconds. In order to be consistent to that and to support a lazy user it adds convenience if Tailviewer would do the same thing.
