Add podspec file #27

Created and added a pod spec file for future pod creation.

Not to be merged until this PR and this PR have been merged, and the SwiftyRequest and KituraContracts Pod files have been uploaded to the Spec and made publicly available.

Closing as Pod has been made public on the Cocoapods Spec, which negates the need for this PR and the pod branch.
