An OnDropAction like mouse down actions, except that a %1 could be inserted
into the command which would add the file dropped on the meter to the
command, would be incredible. We could send files to apps, maybe even to
servers. This could also make the new RecyclePlugin into a drop target, I'm
not sure of the commandline for that, but I'm sure it exists.

While we are at it, a MiddleClickAction wouldn't hurt either...

I wanted to expand on this idea. If possible OnLeftDrop and OnRightDrop would be
double the fun.
