Are there compatability issues with UltraMon #20

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run UltraMon for mulitple monitors, each with their own wallpaper
2. Start Rainmeter & loaded the Enigma config
3. Clock & Reader showup, but Rainmeter notes Music, Calendar, HDD
installed, but they do not show up anywhere.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Expect to see the latter items somewhere.
- I don't see them at all, on any desktop ???

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Rainmeter ver 0.14 (64-bit)
- OS Vista 64

Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

The cause of the problem may be UltraMon and may be Enigma config.
At this site at least, it is not a place discussed about specific application
and
specific skin.
You should ask the author of skin rather.

It may be that the other meters are getting pushed off the edge of your screen.
 I
use Rainmeter with multiple monitors and have errors in positioning. This
should be
much improved when Rainy puts out a new build with my latest changes.
Things to check: What resolutions are your monitors set to? How are they
positioned
on the virtual desktop? Which is the main monitor? Which monitor is showing
Clock and
Reader?

Please reopen the ticket! I experience the same issue with and without Ultramon
-
Rainmeter wants to default to my main monitor on refresh or reboot.

I can't force a negative X value to keep it on my desired monitor; although, if
I
drag and drop to the left (secondary) monitor before opening the .ini, the
value will
be correctly marked as windowX=-1500. On refresh/reload this will default to
zero
even if I've locked the file.
