Change log for latest release builds #30

I have been keeping up with the latest releases, but I am starting to feel
at a disadvantage. Since I am unaware of what has been changed, I am
unaware of what to look for.

I am operating on a Cheesy HP with Vista 32 bit.

I believe a running change log that quickly outline changes may assist me
in assisting you folks. 

I have been Alpha and Beta testing for years, I understand the risks
involved, but  worthy sacrifice for this software.

I know it would require further work, but may be well worth your time
