Update website in About #66

I downloaded the latest build, and the website in the About is to your old
page.  May want to update it to reflect its move to this website.

As for this issue, it may be inadequate just to change the link place 
displayed, and
it may need to change the inside of an update system.
Anyway, the change work about this issue should entrust it to the thought of the
project owner.

The link displayed in the about dialog was fixed in r86. 
However, the link in an update check system is still an old link.
(http://www.ipi.fi/~rainy/Rainmeter/version)
Can we use it with this update check server in future?

The ipi.fi isn't a good place anymore to store the version info. It probably 
should
be in rainmeter.net or in svn (i.e. 
http://rainmeter.googlecode.com/svn/version). I
wonder what's the Google Code's policy about using their server for something 
like
this...

The version is now checked from the svn.
