Rainmeter causing "system" process to tax cpu #81

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run rainmeter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect some ram usage and minimal cpu tax from rainmeter. Instead it
causes the cpu to spike when running, no matter how long for. This is
unusual because I have a fairly decent system. It occurs regardless of the
configs used and does not appear to be tied to my virus scanner.

Which version of the Rainmeter are you using, your OS, and any Skin(s)

I was using the last stable version (0.14 I think?) and then tried the most
recent to
check if the problem went away. OS is windows 7 and I was originally using some
home
made skins but the CPU usage spikes dramatically when any skin is used.
