Cesium Improvements #12

A Cesium Ion API key is required to enable the imagery. For now this uses the default key that Cesium provides, but we probably want to get our own key at some point.

Currently when I load the viewer, the default imagery just shows space, and then I have to select one of the imagery options from that menu. Do you know if there's a way to make one of those selections the default through a prop or something?
