Infant hippocampus landmark alignment #302

Open pkashya opened 8 months ago

pkashya commented 8 months ago

Hi,

I’m trying to run landmark-based rigid alignment on some infant hippocampus shape measures. I am unable to find a fiducials (*.fcsv) file for doing so. Please advise.

Thanks for all the help,

Hi @pkashya the fiducial for rigid alignment are part of the user input to the module. @vicory please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, that is correct.

You can find a couple of example surfaces and associated landmarks here as an example of how to set things up: https://data.kitware.com/#collection/586fbb7b8d777f05f44a5c7b/folder/5ee25f079014a6d84eb9169c
