Type selection while creating new TileStore using admin UI #62

Currently TileStore new dialog does not offer a way to select the type of TileStore

Also needs api way to create a new mongodb user with a password. Password can be generated automatically and then reset. Otherwise the slideatlas webapp will fail to authenticate while uploading first image there.
