Enhancements to file list browser #559

A few thoughts on enhancing the file list browser (minor comments)

Would be nice to:

  1. Arrange in columns as Faiza laid out.
  2. Add a separate column for "Dataset type" that shows the chip for the current file separate from the other "Associated file" chips.
  3. Being able to filter to just show datasets or collections would be really nice.
  4. Give a "Date created" column if possible.
  5. Update iconography. Alternatively, we could just move the first chip ("Dataset" or "Collection") all the way to the left of the filename and just remove the iconography entirely.
  6. Faiza had a bunch of potential filters and UI updates to the Girder components, which would be nice, but seem like a lot of work and so probably not worth it at this stage: image

@bruyeret perhaps you can comment as to which of these are easy/hard to do? If any of them are easy, then just go for it!

After discussion: "Dataset" and "Collection" chips to the left of the filename, and the following color code:

Note for @bruyeret : please don't spend too long on this if it's complicated. Whatever is easily implemented is fine, these features are not critical and not worth a lot of effort.
