Add a button for JSON backup #736

It would be good to have a button, perhaps in the dataset view, to "back up" the JSON. If you click it, it will make a JSON file in Girder in the dataset folder with a date stamp. That way, it will be there in case people want the raw annotation information.

Also maybe the name of the JSON can have the file name, dataset name, and time stamp.
