Can we make quotas specific to different assetstores? Let's say I have a user who has a 10GB quota, but I want them to have a lot more room on a Amazon S3 cold storage assetstore. I'd like them to have a 110GB total quota, 10GB on assetstore 1 and 100GB on assetstore 2.
