Change global opacity factor #188

Add ability to increase/decrease overall opacity by press-and-move up/down on color transfer function.

Current idea: either move mouse up/down or right/left with button hold to control opacity. Don't allow both up/down and right/left for fear of it being too sensitive/erratic.
