Add Concept of Projects (Grouping Recordings)

Add in the concept of projects that will group recordings together to make it easier to browse them.

[ ] This would involve upper level access to browse projects and all the endpoints associated with them, GET/POST/DELETE/UPDATE
[ ] Projects should include who owns it and if it is public as well as a mapping of all of the locations in the project
[ ] Could list the number of annotators as well for the project
[ ] Also include a list of species found in the project.
[ ] Searchable list for projects.
