Add location Thumbnail map to the Spectrogram viewer #75

Add some ability to make the map view visible while viewing the spectrogram itself. It may be nice to include other metadata for the spectrogram at the same time.

Maybe a dialog that pops open with the information.

Add an information Icon to the top bar which pops open an information dialog that contains the relevant information about the spectrogram including a map view with it displayed.
