Bundle links into outgoing, bidirectional, and incoming tiers

Creates three "tiers" for the links between a given pair of nodes - one each for incoming, undirected, and outgoing links
The undirected links take up the central space between the nodes
- If there are an odd number of these, the first one will go straight across the space between the nodes
- If there are an even number, or for all but the first of an odd number, the links are grouped equally on either side of the central link, bowing out to make room for all of them as necessary
Any directed link originating from one node will be bundled on one side of the nodes, curving same way the fingers of the right hand would when pointing from the originating node to the other. (Technically, the "incoming" bundle is simply the "outgoing" bundle of the other node.)
