Handle directed and bidirectional links in rendering #93

Render directed links as tapering lines to indicate direction
Use constant-width lines for bidirectional links
- bidirectional links are now marked by including a bidir data property, set to true, in the link metadata
- if a bidirectional link also includes a reference data property, it indicates that the link metadata can be found in the link whose key is mentioned in that property (this allows the degree of both nodes to be computed correctly)

I was going to check this out, but I am having trouble getting the mode=demo mode working. It is looking for a clique.json file. Should one be installed by default?

The demo mode has been falling a bit out of date as I add features to the ANB application. I can send you the ANB collection if you want to try it with that.

Yeah that would work. Probably want to get demo (or other) mode working again sometime soon.
