[fix] Update msys2 and ffmpeg URLs

Goal :

Changes :

Fix:
- Update link of msys2 because current link does not exist any more
Refact:
- Update links of ffmpeg to point on data.kitware instead of release page of ffmpeg.

The changed above are tested to build successfully on windows 10 and ubuntu 22.
