Adds a toggle button that enables Cinematic Volume Rendering and shows sliders.

Good tests: http://localhost:8082/?image=test-data/ome-ngff-prototypes/single_image/v0.4/zyx.ome.zarr and http://localhost:8082/?image=test-data/HeadMRVolume.nrrd

closes #536
