Browser tab crash with compare #676

This causes browser crash most of the time: http://localhost:8082/?rotate=false&image=http://localhost:8082/test-data/idr/6001240.zarr&fixedImage=http://localhost:8082/test-data/idr/6001256.zarr&compare=blend
