chore: remove kw-web-suite #11

BREAKING CHANGE: you now should not need to install parallel-webpack and webpack and html-webpack-plugin separately to run this tool.

Also updates commander from v2 to v6.

I've tested it by running npm run demo, and it seems to work fine. Will wait for travis to make sure there aren't any packages that CI uses.
