Import button unreliable #93

On many systems, the pan3d-viewer is not responding when the "Import" button is clicked. This has been observed on both linux and macos, as well as chrome and firefox browsers.

Start pan3d-viewer
Select 'Importto bring up theImport File Select` dialog
Select a config file, e.g., /pan3d/examples/example_config_noaa.json
Click the dialog's Import button

The system does not respond.

The dialog remains open
fwiw a 0 appears in the top-left corner of the viewing area.

Well... another day, another pan3d. Restarting pan-3d viewer today, the software was able to successfully load the example_config_noaa.json example. @ayenpure would you please test on your machine?

Not going to fix this.

Cannot consistently trigger the problem
Notebook use cases are much higher priority
