Group activities by activity type and allow users to turn on and off via checkboxes (groups or individual activity) #11

Few points:

  1. By default all the activities will be turned on.
  2. you will only see the activity when the frame time/sequence matches the current playback time/sequence.
  3. We only need this for activities and not tracks
  4. Activity will be shown as translucent rectangle.
