Use a tree view for activities #16

It would be useful to be able to expand and collapse items in the activity list. We should probably use an existing tree widget rather than rolling our own.

@aashish24, I think we can close this for now. The non-expandable list works well. Doesn't have a strong need for a real tree view. @mwoehlke-kitware If you think it's ok, I'll close this for now.
