Update MeshToMeshRegistration.ipynb and TemplateGenerationIterative.ipynb to rely on shape analysis pipeline functions in hasi.align
Expose more registration parameters in shape analysis functions for better fine tuning

CI failure looks like a wrapping issue, is this new?

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:/P/IPP/ITK-win_36-x64/Wrapping/Typedefs\itkDescoteauxEigenToMeasureImageFilter.idx'

This PR doesn't add any new wrappings so I imagine this is unrelated to proposed changes.
