Cannot update to use simple (default) ITK CI scripts - path too long error on windows #113

When converting CI to use InsightSoftwareConsortium/ITKRemoteModuleBuildTestPackageAction/.github/workflows/build-test-package.yml, the windows build fails with path too long (51>50).

Maybe we rename the repository to ITKMorphologicalContourInterp.

I would prefer both ITKContourInterpolation and ITKMCI to ITKMorphologicalContourInterp. What do you think?

If we do a GitHub repository rename, hopefully most things will still work.
