Work in surgical metrics tab

Surgical metrics tab should compute the following metrics:

• Surface area per skull plate ( http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkMassProperties.html - GetSurfaceArea() )
• ICV inside the skull plates (iCSPlan - wrapper and http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkMassProperties.html - GetVolume() )
• Metrics between pre-surgical model and simulated-surgical (3D distances computed with ModeltoModelDistance and linear statistics computed with MeshStatistics)
• Metrics between pre-surgical model vs healthy brain and simulated-surgical vs healthy brain (3D distances computed with ModeltoModelDistance and linear statistics computed with MeshStatistics)

The ICV volume of the healthy brain model should also be displayed at all times (this metric wont change)

@bpaniagua notes:

• GetSurfaceArea() will compute the entire area of the closed plate model, which will include both sides. Do we want to do that?
• iCSPlan Wrapper is horrendously slow still, not usable for anything resembling "real time" update of metrics - will look into speeding it up?
• metrics between pre and post surgical model: we will need to duplicate the original model before cutting, as the current cutting workflow removes the old bone from the hierarchy
• also, are these metrics on a per bone basis? we will at some point need to merge the bones into a single model?

We need to implement surface (surgical modified wrap) to surfaces (references) mapping.

Most likely this will be calculated in the wrap and be applied to the closest point of each skull plate.
