Feature:

add button on the right of the create distance measurement one
clicking on button will switch orientation marker type to the next one as described in https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/blob/8d8ba687b8626fb77f5237a87180dd659f7f856d/Libs/MRML/Core/vtkMRMLAbstractViewNode.h#L213-L220
