Work out AWS deployment #35

Arrange AWS deployment for the web app and the python server so that they are separate services that can communicate. Document how this works.

AWS Deployment of various servers/components:

Web App --> AWS
Volview server --> AWS
WEBDicom --> AWS
EHR --> AWS

Not sure how the DICOMWeb and EHR servers fit into this. We probably don't need EHR server for this milestone. We can keep the DICOMWeb server local for our proof-of-concept (PoC) version.

Update on progress:

until now I have been using the Volview-core application. There shouldn't be significant diff, but:

[x] Will need to test both LungAir and Server hosted remotely on AWS.
[x] Host webdicom server and test with LungAir
[x] Host EHR server and test with LungAir
[x] ~Converting all servers to https or corresponding secure servers. Will require some diving into TLS certificate etc. But this step could remain as a later priority~ (moved to a new issue #40 )

All deployment tests have been completed successfully and the process has been noted in a shared document.
