Refactor #30

Review all of the code and refactor any parts that deserve it

Keep the following in mind:

globalDict should be used conservatively
Code structures should resemble each other (unitControl should act like objectControl)
All code should have test coverage
Any method called from bge should call an 'attempt' method, which calls a 'do' method if appropriate
Ensure every piece of code has appropriate documentation
[ ] All code reviewed, documented, tested
